Fixed-Price Packages
Buy a clear service for a known price. Each package covers the scope described below.
Out-of-box setup, updates, account sign-in, browser and essential apps, printer connection, and a basic security check.
Data migration and fixing pre-existing problems are quoted separately.
Transfer of your accessible files and photos to a new computer or external drive, with basic verification that everything copied.
Locked-device access and failed-drive recovery are out of scope.
Router placement, settings and channel review, guest network, security check, and a dead-spot assessment with recommendations.
Mesh hardware, if needed, is quoted separately.
Mesh node placement and configuration, network naming and security, device reconnection, and speed and coverage testing.
Mesh hardware billed separately at cost.
Desk, dual-monitor and docking setup, printer and peripherals, video-meeting reliability, and backup and security basics.
Broader network or security projects quoted separately.
One printer, scanner, or peripheral: drivers, connection, and a test print or scan.
Additional devices added per unit.

For troubleshooting, several issues at once, or a quick remote task.
Best when there are several issues or the real problem is unclear. A structured on-site assessment with a written report. The $49 credits toward paid support or a plan within 7 days.
Troubleshooting and support with a one-hour minimum. Used when the time needed is not yet clear.
A single, small remote task handled in under 30 minutes. No trip required.
Discounted on-site rate for active monthly-plan members.
